BUYING A HOME
My job is to help you find the right home for you.
As your buyer’s agent, my job isn’t to sell you a house. It’s to help you find the right property for your situation and protect your interests until we close. That includes telling you when I see something that concerns me.
Listings open on my Buy Sell Home Team search site in a new tab.

What matters to you in a home?
Tell me what needs to work for you, what you’re comfortable spending, and what you’ve liked or disliked about homes you’ve seen. That gives me a better place to start than a list of bedrooms and bathrooms alone.

When we look at a home
I want to hear what you think of it. I’ll also point out concerns I notice and questions we should ask. If something needs a closer look, we can talk about who can help us understand it.
- 02
Before you make an offer
I’ll show you what similar homes have sold for and explain what I think makes sense to offer. We’ll talk about the price and the other terms before you decide what you’re comfortable agreeing to.
- 03
After the seller accepts
I’m still your agent. I’ll help you work through inspection questions, explain decisions that come up, and keep track of the deadlines with you through closing.
Where would you like to look?
Still working out your budget?
If you need a lender, I can introduce you to one. They can explain loan options, upfront costs, and any assistance programs you may qualify for. You’re free to choose your own lender.
