This page explains the information used by blaisesmithproperties.com, Blaise Smith’s real estate website with Buy Sell Home Team · RE/MAX Results.
When you send an inquiry
We collect the contact information and request details you submit, including the service you select. Your request is saved in the website’s inquiry system and sent to Blaise’s Follow Up Boss contact system for personal follow-up. We also retain the originating page and available campaign attribution so Blaise can understand your request and evaluate marketing.
Submitting a form asks Blaise to respond about that request. It is not a loan application, a representation agreement, or consent to an automatic lender introduction. Blaise will confirm your permission before sharing your information with a lender. Please do not submit financial documents, account numbers, or other sensitive information through these forms.
Website measurement
The public website uses Google Analytics and Metricool to understand visits and interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies. Session storage retains available campaign information for attribution. Custom inquiry events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, messages, and inquiry IDs. A saved request and confirmed delivery are measured separately; an outbound search click is not a completed lead.
Home search and other links
Home browsing opens on Blaise’s Buy Sell Home Team search site, which has separate registration, contact, and privacy settings. Zillow Home Loans and other linked services have their own privacy policies. Review those before submitting information there.
Your questions and choices
To ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or change how Blaise contacts you, email blaise@buysellhometeam.com. Browser settings can restrict cookies or storage; essential inquiry submission is designed to work independently of analytics. Some records may need to be retained for applicable business or legal obligations.
